Conditions of Sale:

All the orders made by internet bring the emission of a pro forma invoice in euro or dollar. After the acceptation of terms and conditions of the pro forma invoice, the order will become operative the day of the reception of a 50% advance. The beginning of the fabrication will start the same day.

The other 50% would be sent eight days before the departure day of the order. No order could be sent before the entire payment.

Fabrication delays for a full container are between 8 and 10 weeks, according to the type of the articles. The delays will be confirmed to you at the time of the order.

Complaints/Claims:

All articles with defaults engaging our responsibility, and with tangible proofs, would be replaced for free.

Nevertheless, all problems concerning the transport will be worthwhile for the forwarding agent.

About full container orders, it is possible to ask for FOB prices.

It is up to the customer to indicate us the forwarding agent he wants to use for the order’s transport. If he doesn’t have it, we could put him in contact with a forwarding agent we know and who uses to apply excellent prices. The invoice has to be paid directly to the forwarding agent.

The conventional packaging (carton, Kraft paper) is included in our prices. Specials packaging like wood box or palette are to be paid to the forwarding agent except for particular agreement with us.
